  🎯 Mengapa Training Ini Penting?

  • Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility (Gage R&R) sangat penting karena keakuratan hasil pengukuran menjadi dasar dalam pengendalian kualitas dan pengambilan keputusan di proses manufaktur. Analisis Gage R&R membantu perusahaan mengetahui apakah variasi hasil pengukuran berasal dari alat ukur, operator, atau proses pengukuran itu sendiri. Melalui training ini, peserta akan mempelajari konsep Measurement System Analysis (MSA), metode pelaksanaan Gage R&R, interpretasi hasil analisis, penggunaan perangkat lunak statistik, serta penyusunan tindakan perbaikan terhadap sistem pengukuran. Dengan kompetensi tersebut, peserta mampu meningkatkan keandalan sistem pengukuran, mengurangi variasi pengukuran, serta mendukung penerapan sistem manajemen mutu yang lebih efektif.
